About Me
I have over 15 years of experience in the design industry. My main focus and interest is the design of digital products. My design approach aims to reconcile a product’s desirability for its users, with business requirements, technical feasibility, and aestethics. My design process is based on rapid iterations, informed by user feedback.
I've designed and consulted on digital products and services for clients from all over the world, in particular from the U.S. and Europe.
Today, I am part of AJ&Smart. We run Design Sprints and other design-led interventions to shape the development of strategic and innovative products.
I work from Berlin, Germany.

I apply collaborative, design-driven processes like Design Sprints, my background in human-centered design, and my expertise in rapid prototyping to help companies define, create, and test new product concepts that are desirable to customers and viable for the business.
2013 – 2015 • The Impossible Project (Rebranded to Polaroid in 2017)
Art Director Digital (Freelance)
Art direction and product design for camera companion apps and online shop to help customers make the most out of the creative possibilities of Impossible's cameras and films.
2013 • Aperto (Acquired by IBM in 2016, merged to IBM iX in 2022)
Senior Art Director
Design lead for clients from the finance and non-profit sector. My responsibilites included team management and project planning.
2011 – 2013 • Razorfish (Merged to SapientRazorfish in 2016, integrated with Publicis Sapient in 2019)

Design and digital concept creation for complex digital projects, including portal relaunches and product development for brands like McDonald's Deutschland, Audi, Telefónica.
